Erin Mehler and Lauren Griner are the powerhouse leadership team behind Utah Life Real Estate Group in Utah County — and they are proof that you truly can have it all.

Both full-time top-producing agents, devoted mothers, and passionate community builders, Erin and Lauren bring a rare combination of grit, heart, and hard-won wisdom to everything they do. With Erin’s roots in real estate dating back to 2010 and a background spanning luxury homes, investments, ranch sales, and fix-and-flips — and Lauren’s deep knowledge of the Utah County market and her gift for building genuine client relationships — together they are a force.

But what sets them apart isn’t just their production. It’s their why.

They built LET Trainings because they believe the best agents don’t choose between a thriving business and a life well-lived — they build both, on purpose. Every week, they show up to pour into agents who are done with burnout and ready to grow on their own terms.
