2. A plan to sell your home for top dollar! You clean the house up, make the reapirs and get it ready to sell & list it on the MLS & sell it for top market value. (i'll let you know exactly what to do and what it will sell for.)
3. A program where you remain the owner, my team and I come in and do all the repairs and prep work to sell it for top dollar and you pay us after you close with the equity from your home. There is a clear cut agreement where all the numbers are dislcosed up front and you make the final decisions on what we do and don't do.
